ONE PAGE. ONE HOUSE. ONE MISSION.
A strategic plan to consolidate six ministry pages into a single prophetic engine, without erasing a single ministry voice.
"The sons of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel should do."
RIG carries a prophetic mandate. The sons of Issachar didn't just read the times, they responded to them. This proposal is built on that same discernment.
Knowing what to post. Knowing when to post it. Knowing how to use the algorithm as a weapon for the gospel, not a bulletin board for the church.
The algorithm doesn't reward effort.
It rewards concentration.
Six pages with 500 followers each will always lose to one page with 3,000. Every post compounds on the last. Reach grows exponentially, not fractured.
Four reasons.
Zero negotiation.
A digital mission field.
Every post is a seed. Every view is a door. We're not building a following, we're building the Kingdom. The page exists to win souls. Everything else is downstream.
Compounding reach.
The algorithm rewards consistent, high-engagement accounts. When all of RIG's content flows through one channel, every post compounds, instead of fracturing across six underfed accounts.
Bold. Prophetic. Spirit-led.
Visitors should encounter one cohesive identity. Fragmented pages create confusion. One page communicates strength, intentionality, and unity. It shows that RIG moves as a house.
First impression, owned.
Houston watches the feed before they walk through the doors. With one page, we control that narrative, worship moments, street evangelism, Sunday recaps, telling the full story of RIG.
From scattered to surgical.
- × Divided audience & reach
- × Inconsistent posting schedules
- × Siloed ministry voices
- × Weak algorithm signals
- × Scattered brand identity
- × High management burden
- → UNIFIED, COMPOUNDING REACH
- → STRATEGIC, DAILY CONTENT RHYTHM
- → EVERY MINISTRY REPRESENTED IN ONE PLACE
- → STRONG ENGAGEMENT SIGNALS TO ALL PLATFORMS
- → ONE BOLD, COHESIVE BRAND PRESENCE
- → STREAMLINED TEAM WORKFLOW
Followers are a byproduct.
Souls are the goal.
Every person in Houston who encounters our page feels the pull of the Holy Spirit.
Sunday service becomes a week-long conversation, not a one-day event.
Every ministry, youth, worship, young adults, kids, street church, visible in one place.
RIG becomes known in Houston as the church that shows up, online and in the community.
Non-members find RIG through viral reels, trending audio, and community content, first.
Soul-winning tool, discipleship resource, and cultural movement, simultaneously.
Six become one.
Like a house, not a hatchet.
Before any page is deleted, these steps execute in order. This isn't logistics, it's stewardship of every community already built.
Content Preservation
Every manager downloads all photos, videos, reels, stories, and highlights from their page. Nothing is lost, it's all repurposed and redistributed on the main page over time.
Redirect Campaign
7–10 DAYS BEFORE DELETION
Each page runs a dedicated redirect campaign. Pin a post. Update bios to @RIGChurchHouston. Stories with countdown + direct link. The migration feels like a celebration, not a shutdown.
"We Are One" Launch
Dedicated launch post on @RIGChurchHouston. Tag every ministry leader. Introduce each ministry team with a unified graphic series. A moment the congregation rallies around and shares.
Ongoing Representation
Each former page manager becomes a content contributor to the main page. Their voice doesn't disappear, it gets a bigger platform. (See the next-next slide.)
Three posts a day.
Each one a different weapon.
GOSPEL · WORD · DEVOTIONAL
Sets the spiritual tone for the day. Scripture graphics, prophetic captions, devotional carousels, sermon sound bites, 30–60s pastor-delivered Reels. This slot belongs to the main church voice.
MINISTRY · ANY TEAM · ANY DAY
Open window for all five ministries every day. Any team can submit 1–2 posts based on what's happening, events, announcements, spotlights, ministry moments. Time-sensitive content wins. No ministry locked to a day. No ministry excluded from any.
CULTURE · COMMUNITY · REELS
Highest-engagement slot. Where we chase the algorithm intentionally, trending audio, viral formats, BTS culture, outreach moments, humor, real life. This post stops the scroll. Mon–Fri, also where the Sunday recap lives.
The clock that prints souls.
Same posts on Instagram and Facebook. TikTok & YouTube Shorts get adapted short-form versions of the week's top performers.
Mon–Fri evening = 5 posts pulled from that Sunday's message. Day 1: full recap carousel. Day 2: key sermon quote. Day 3: scripture spotlight. Day 4: 30–60s sermon clip Reel. Day 5: "Apply It" post. One sermon. Five days of reach.
Your voice
is not lost.
It's amplified.
Consolidation is not erasure. Every team keeps its tone, its audience, and its turf. The page becomes the bigger platform, and you become the editorial voice of your ministry on it.
Culture moments. Youth events. Teen testimonies. Fun reels.
Behind-the-scenes rehearsal. Worship moments. New song releases.
Young adult hangouts. Growth content. Young professional faith.
Children's ministry activities. Parent tips. Cute moment reels.
Evangelism footage. Community giveaways. Outreach stories.
"Submit content as soon as it's ready, 48 hours ahead for planned, same-day for urgent. The social media manager formats it, schedules it, elevates it. Time-sensitive teams always get priority."
RIG Online Church (ROC) continues separately as our digital sanctuary, governed apart from this consolidation. Its mandate is service streaming and online congregational care, not algorithmic outreach.
Four platforms.
One engine.
Instagram is home base. Facebook mirrors it for the 35+ congregation. TikTok evangelizes the unchurched. YouTube Shorts is the new frontier, and the most underused asset RIG already owns.
- ▸ Feed builds the brand.
- ▸ Stories build relationships.
- ▸ Reels win souls.
- ▸ Events for every service.
- ▸ Longer-form clips perform here.
- ▸ Comment-driven reach.
- ▸ Start with culture, end with Christ.
- ▸ Trending formats = the hook.
- ▸ Viral = potential salvation.
- ▸ 3-tier engine ↓
- ▸ Triple duty per asset.
- ▸ Zero new production load.
One pipeline. Three audiences.
SERMON CLIP ENGINE
Cut 30–60s vertical clips from Sunday sermon long-form on @rigglobalchurchhouston.
Tier 1: RIG already has channel authority + raw footage. Pastor Shane's voice extends Sunday all week.
CROSS-POST FROM TIKTOK
Top TikTok Reels re-uploaded to Shorts. Different algorithm, same content, second viral chance.
Tier 2: Zero new production load. Pure compounding. Doubles surface area of every hit.
YT-NATIVE EVANGELISM
Bite-sized teaching shorts answering search: "Is God real?" "What does saved mean?"
Tier 3: YouTube users search. Capture the searcher in crisis. Direct them to the channel.
Growth in followers is a byproduct.
We measure what matters first.
Saved posts = content that speaks to the soul. Shares = digital evangelism at work.
These are the unsaved who found us. Conversion to follower = first step toward the door.
Someone responding to a salvation post is the highest win on the board.
Views past our follower count = content reaching the unsaved.
Track how many first-time visitors found RIG through social media.
Secondary metric, but important for algorithm health.
"The sons of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel should do."
1 CHRONICLES 12:32
RIG Church Houston is not a church with a social media page. We are a generation that knows the times.
One compelling Reel can reach more people in a day than a street corner could in a month. Sunday's message should echo all week long.
This proposal is not about managing platforms. It is about building an altar on every feed, in every scroll, in every moment someone's phone gives us 3 seconds. We use those 3 seconds to plant a seed the Holy Spirit will water.
ONE PAGE. ONE HOUSE. ONE MISSION.
The harvest is ready. Let's move.
